Our Process
Here's a rough outline of what the process looks like when you work with us and our family!
Preconstruction Design
When starting a new home, a floor plan is already designed for the lot. We ensure this plan meets your needs while also adding the necessary unique features you would like.
Aside from the floor plan, the house is a blank canvas. Exterior & Interior features such as paint color, stone/brick type, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, etc. are completely customizable by YOU!
Design & Construction Estimate
Once you are happy with the plan we have set in place and you are satisfied with the quote.
We will get the necessary paperwork & contracts signed to begin the build!
On-Site Consultations
We will work with you every step of the way to ensure the house is being built to your specifications. There are major steps in the process where we will invite you to the construction site & go over parts of the construction process.
The Finishing
Touches
Before we close, we will do a final walk-through of your home to ensure the house has met all of your wants & needs. After all, it is your dream house!
Our Quality Guarantee
During the construction process, accidents happen. We are always on top of noting the issues and contract an inspector to come out to the construction site and ensure the home surpasses all standards.
We always have a final walk-through before you close on the house. We do this to make sure YOU are satisfied and to also mark anything that may not be up to your standards so we can work to resolve the issue before closing. If something comes up after closing, we have a 1 -YEAR GUARANTEE, just contact us and we will work to get the issue resolved!
